I get feedback from my students on what I can do to improve the course.

After each lesson series, you evaluate not only your students, but your performance as well. You reflect on what went well and what can be improved. Where could you move faster or slower or where could you use more revision, for example. It's a good idea to reflect on a regular basis throughout the course. When you can, get feedback from students and colleagues.
